United Texas Credit Union, UTXCU, has partnered with Certified Funding to complete your loan application process. Once your loan is originated, it will be assigned back to UTXCU for the servicing of your loan.
To fill out a Home Equity or Home Improvement loan application, when you get to the "Loan and Property" section/tab, you must first answer "I want to get a Home Equity Loan" or "I want to make Home Improvements" to the "Why do you want a Second Mortgage?" question.
You MUST Authorize Certified Funding to Pull Credit in order to continue the loan process. To do this, once you have started the interview/application process, under the "Personal" tab, you must check the box which states "I authorize Certified Funding to obtain a consumer credit report . . . " for each borrower.
